Job Responsibilities:

• Process loan applications and subsequently activation / updating
• Handle loans documentation and Loans Operation-Processing of Loans
• Balance daily transactions against related banking general ledger
• Record all transactions promptly and accurately in compliance with banking procedures
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
• Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by Departmental Head

 Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree Holders in Banking / Finance with business studies an asset
• Previous experience in related field
• Good knowledge in clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales and customer service experience preferred
• Good knowledge of customer service principles
• Good computer skills
• Have a positive attitude in establishing strong rapport with both colleagues and customers with good understanding of clients’ need
• Excellent spoken and written English with good command of Mandarin (to liaise with associates/counterparts)
